ACFAS must receive notice of cancellation to info@acfas.org no later than six weeks prior to the start of the course to receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee.
The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. ACFAS has approved this activity for a maximum of 10 continuing education contact hours.
