Submit Your SLR
SLR submissions are accepted quarterly, and participation is open to ACFAS resident members, either through a residency program or as individual residents. If your residency program is not signed up or assigned a specific quarter, you can still submit your SLR during any of the open quarters throughout the year.
Eligibility Requirements
To participate, you must be an ACFAS resident member. Submissions from non-member residents will not be accepted. If you have questions about your membership status or need to apply, please email Maddy Giella at maddy.giella@acfas.org.
Submission Guidelines
Each participating member is allowed one SLR submission per program year. Submission deadlines are as follows:
April 1, 2024
July 1, 2024
October 1, 2024
January 15, 2025
