Research Requirements:

  • One paper in a peer reviewed journal.
  • One submitted poster at the ACFAS Annual Scientific Conference.

Program Summary/Training Goals:
 
  • Comprehensive foot & ankle fellowship with program emphasis on sports medicine, foot and ankle trauma, total ankle replacement, Charcot reconstruction, elective forefoot, midfoot, hindfoot and ankle reconstruction, arthroscopy, external fixation and minimally invasive surgery.
  • The fellow will operate at Premier Exton Surgery Center and Chester County Hospital Penn Medicine.
  • The primary goal of the fellowship is to provide the fellow with the advanced training in podiatric surgery with evidence-based guidance.
  • The fellowship will also provide training on billing, pre-surgical consultation, non-operative management for foot and ankle billing, pre-surgical consultation, non-operative management for foot and ankle.
