Research Requirements:
- Develop a research project of interest. Must be of publishable quality.
Program Summary/Training Goals:
- The fellow will be exposed to a high-volume reconstructive foot and ankle practice, with a strong emphasis on total ankle arthroscopy and rearfoot/ankle reconstruction. There is significant exposure to ankle, arthroplasty, external fixation, minimally invasive, reconstruction, charcot, and innovative sports medicine techniques.
- The fellow will also learn the ins and outs of private practice. The fellow will be expected to become proficient in all facets of foot and ankle surgery and able to manage a busy foot and ankle clinic.
- There is ample exposure to surgical and office billing as well as surgical design and innovation meetings with industry to allow for a complete and well rounded fellowship experience.
