Research Requirements:

  • At least one publishable paper.
  • Participate/present at ACFAS Annual Scientific Conference along with regional/state meetings.


Program Summary/Training Goals:

  • The goal of this program is to refine and hone the skills of a well-trained foot and ankle surgeon.
  • The fellow will be exposed to extensive foot and ankle trauma/reconstructive/elective and arthroscopic surgery.
  • The fellow will also be exposed to the evolving practice of medicine including manning and independent clinic, understanding office/surgical coding/billing and working in collaboration with mid-level practitioners and orthopedic colleagues in a multi-specialty group.
  • Upon completion, the fellow will be well prepared to tackle whatever walks into his/her office.
