Welcome Student Club Presidents

play a key role as the liaisons between the College and their school. Each podiatric medical school has a club presence on campus and provides ways for students to get involved and learn outside of the classroom.

Club Presidents and their officers coordinate various club activities, including presentations and lectures, surgical skills and suturing labs, discussion forums, new student recruitment, and more. Student Clubs are often podiatry students’ first interaction with the College and are instrumental in welcoming future foot and ankle surgeons into the profession.

We are excited welcome the newest class of ACFAS student leaders and wish them success in growing the ACFAS community!

ACFAS Bids Farewell to Director of Education Dan McNeill

ACFAS Director of Education, Dan McNeill, MA, has announced his resignation from ACFAS in order to pursue his passion for virtual education with the Illinois Supreme Court.

Throughout his tenure, McNeill has made significant contributions to ACFAS and its members. He played a crucial role in delivering ACFAS 2021, with his dedication ensuring a successful annual conference despite the limitations imposed by the pandemic.

McNeill was also instrumental in expanding ACFAS' virtual education portfolio. Recognizing the growing importance of online learning, his efforts allowed the College to provide high-quality education virtually, making professional development more accessible and flexible.

ACFAS has partnered with Korn Ferry, a leading global executive search and talent advisory firm, to identify a qualified professional who will continue to drive the College’s commitment to excellence in education.

As McNeill embarks on his new venture with the Illinois Supreme Court, ACFAS expresses its sincere gratitude for his invaluable service.
